Placement and use
Use African daisy along the front half of a sunny border, in a small drift beside a path, or as a compact focal layer in a container. Keep it out of shade cast by taller perennials, shrubs, fences, or porch overhangs, since open sun is central to its display. A site with excellent drainage suits it best; raised beds, gravelly edges, and containers can help keep the root zone from staying wet. Leave a clear path edge or planting gap for easy deadheading and seasonal replacement.[1]
