Placement and use
Use Aubrieta deltoidea at the face of a rock garden, along a retaining wall, or beside a sunny path where its trailing habit can be seen from above or at eye level. It also suits dry-looking wall pockets, banks, and sloped edges rather than the center of a deep border. Keep it at the front of mixed beds, allowing taller neighbors to rise behind it instead of shading the low mat. Leave the edge open so spring flowers can spill naturally without narrowing the walking line.[1]
