Placement and use
Use Creeping Myrtle where a continuous, low cover is wanted beneath open-canopied trees, along the inside edge of a bed, or over a bank that does not need frequent replanting. Keep it out of small mixed plantings and away from narrow path edges, where trailing stems can obscure the intended boundary. Give it a defined planting zone beside a lawn, wall, or wide path, with enough access to check and contain the advancing edge.[1][2]
