Placement and use
Use curly parsley along the outside edge of a vegetable or herb bed, leaving the foliage accessible from a path for repeated picking. Its compact form works well as a small border between taller crops and circulation space, rather than tucked behind plants that will make harvesting awkward. It can be grouped near tomatoes, sweet corn, asparagus, or carrots. Keep it in a separate area from spearmint and peppermint rather than interweaving their plantings.
