Placement and use
Set German chamomile where its informal, airy growth can spill gently into the composition rather than where a crisp, permanent line is needed. It works along a path-facing bed edge, in a dedicated herb plot, or in a container near the kitchen so bloom picking stays convenient. Keep the planting close enough to a path or stepping space that individual flowers can be reached without leaning across neighboring plants. It can also share a productive bed with cabbage, cucumber, onion, pea, or tomato plantings.[1][2]
