Placement and use
Set Brussels sprouts toward the back or north side of a bed so their height does not crowd lower crops. Arrange plants in a simple block or short, accessible row, with the outer side facing a path for picking sprouts from the bottom of each stalk upward. Beans, celery, dill, onions, sage, thyme, lettuce, and beets can be included nearby; keep strawberries, tomatoes, and peppers in separate areas of the plan.
