Placement and use
Use snowdrop in broad drifts rather than thin lines, especially along woodland edges, under deciduous trees, or through lawn areas where early flowers can be seen from windows and paths. Place colonies beside a walk or at the front of a border so the low bloom is not hidden behind later-growing perennials. Leave the planted area undisturbed enough for a colony to enlarge over time, and avoid locating it where regular digging or spring renovation will interrupt the bulbs.[1][2]
