Placement and use
Use Winter Aconite at the front of a partially shaded bed, beneath deciduous shrubs, or through a woodland edge where the display can be seen from a path, doorway, or window in late winter. Plant it in drifts instead of isolated dots, allowing the small flowers to form a visible sheet across open soil. It also works along a path edge, but set the colony back enough that winter foot traffic and edging work will not disturb the planting area.[1][2]
