Placement and use
Use winter jasmine where its long, arching stems can spill naturally: along a bank, over a retaining wall, or at the outer edge of a terrace bed. It can also be trained against a wall or onto a trellis, so reserve a support with open reach for tying in and pruning stems. Place it behind low edging or in a broad planting zone rather than beside a narrow walk, where its outward growth can crowd circulation.[1][2]
